Day 1: Arrival in Nairobi and Transfer to Samburu National Reserve
Upon arrival in Nairobi, you’ll be met by a representative of Wild Mystery safaris (Wild Mystery Safaris), your safari guide and embark on a scenic drive north through Kenya’s central highlands to Samburu National Reserve approximately 6 to7 hours. Arrive in time for lunch at your lodge. In the afternoon, head out on your first game drive, where you might spot unique northern species like Grevy’s zebra, Somali ostrich, and the gerenuk. Return to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay under the stars.

Day 2: Full Day in Samburu National Reserve
Spend the day exploring Samburu’s rugged landscape with both morning and afternoon game drives. Samburu is known for its leopards, lions, elephants, and the Samburu Special Five. Between drives, relax at your lodge and enjoy views of the Ewaso Nyiro River. Optional cultural visits to a Samburu village can be arranged for a deeper cultural experience (at an additional cost).

Day 3: Samburu National Reserve to Lake Naivasha to Lake Nakuru National Park
After breakfast, depart for Lake Naivasha approximately 6–7 hours, passing through scenic Great Rift Valley escarpments. Arrive in time for lunch and an afternoon boat ride on Lake Naivasha, spotting hippos, waterbirds, and grazing giraffes along the shores. Enjoy a nature walk which offers close encounters with giraffes, zebras, and antelopes. In the evening go to Nakuru for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4: Lake Nakuru National Park
After breakfast, drive to nearby Lake Nakuru National Park. Enjoy a full-day game drive with picnic lunch. Lake Nakuru is renowned for its flamingos, white and black rhinos, and Rothschild’s giraffes. The park also hosts lions and leopards. In the evening, drive back to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 5: Lake Nakuru National Park to Masai Mara National Reserve
Depart early for the world-famous Masai Mara approximately 5–6 hours. Arrive in time for lunch and an afternoon game drive. Masai Mara is known for its large populations of lions, elephants, cheetahs, and seasonal wildebeest migration. End the day with sun set views over the savannah before dinner and overnight at your lodge.

Day 6 & 7: 2 Full Game Drives at Masai Mara National Reserve
Spend two full days immersed in the Mara ecosystem. Venture out on sunrise and sunset game drives in search of the Elephants, Leopards Cheetahs, Giraffes, Buffaloes, vast species of antelopes and gazelles, warthogs and the Great Migration (seasonal: July–October). Visit the Maasai village. You can also engage in an optional activity which includes a hot air balloon safari with champagne breakfast (at an additional cost). While at the lodge enjoy meals and storytelling by the bonfire at night.

Day 8: Masai Mara to Transfer to Amboseli National Park
After breakfast, transfer to Amboseli National Park, located at the foot of Mount Kilimanjaro approximately 6 hours by road. Arrive in the afternoon for check-in and a short game drive. Amboseli is famous for its large herds of elephants and stunning views of Kilimanjaro. Dinner and overnight at your lodge.

Day 9: Full Day Game Drive at Amboseli National Park
Enjoy a full day of game drives in Amboseli. Explore its wetlands, open plains, and observation hill. Spot elephants, lions, cheetahs, hyenas, and a variety of bird species including ostriches. Capture iconic photos of elephants with Kilimanjaro in the background. Take a break for lunch and relax before heading out for an afternoon drive.

Day 10: Amboseli National Park to Tsavo West National Park
After breakfast, drive to Tsavo West National Park (approximately 3 to 4 hours), known for its dramatic scenery, volcanic hills, and Mzima Springs. After lunch, take a game drive visiting the crystal-clear springs, hippo pools, and Shetani Lava Flow. Enjoy your stay in your lodge.

Day 11: Tsavo West National Park to Transfer to Tsavo East National Park
Continue your safari to the adjacent Tsavo East National Park approximately 2 hours, famous for its red elephants and open savannahs. Enjoy game drives in search of lions, leopards, and
large herds of elephants. Visit the Lugard Falls and Galana River. Dinner and overnight at a lodge.

Day 12: Tsavo East National Park to Diani Beach (via Mombasa)
After a final early morning game drive and breakfast, drive to Mombasa approximately 4 to 5 hours and transfer to Diani Beach by road or ferry. Check into your beachfront resort and relax after your bush safari. Enjoy the warm waters of the Indian Ocean and watch the sun dip below the horizon.

Day 13 & 14: 2 Full Day at Diani Beach
Spend the days at leisure on the white-sand beaches of Diani, soak in the sun and feel the sand on your feet while you walk along the shores of the beach, enjoy the hotels amenities such as swimming pool, spa and massage. Optional activities include snorkeling, scuba diving, kite surfing, or a Wasini Island dolphin tour, visit nearby Colobus Conservation or take a dhow cruise all at an additional cost. End your evenings with romantic beach dinners.

Day 15: Diani to Nairobi & Departure
